Fed: Gallipoli veteran receives Centenary Medal
Australia's last surviving Gallipoli veteran ALEC CAMPBELL has become the first personto receive the Centenary Medal.
Prime Minister JOHN HOWARD says it's fitting that Mr CAMPBELL, of Hobart, is the firstto receive the medal which honours people who have made a contribution to Australian societyand government.
